Dr. Tim Parker completed his PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy at Texas Tech University where his dissertation focused on coping and resilience in couples who have a child with Down Syndrome. He also holds a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University and a bachelor's degree from Rochester University in Michigan. Tim enjoys teaching and currently serves as Assistant Professor for ACU Dallas in their M.MFT program. He owns a private practice that focuses on working with couples, men, and pre-marital counseling. Originally from Michigan, he now lives in Austin, Texas with his spouse and 3 children.
