Dr. Russ Bartee, Member-at-Large

Russ Bartee lives in Fort Worth and had been a member of TAMFT for 25 years. Presently he is on the Faculty at Texas Wesleyan University, teaching in the Graduate Counseling Program. Additionally, he has been in clinical practice for 25 years in Arlington and Fort Worth. With TAMFT, Russ has been on the Elections Committee (chair and member) and the Ethics Committee (chair and member). At the local level, Russ has been President and Vice-President of the Fort Worth Area Chapter, working with others to re-establish the original charter. Russ Bartee is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University, with a BS in Pre-Medical Science. He then obtained a master’s degree in counseling from the University of North Texas and a PhD from Texas Woman’s University in family therapy. He has lived in the Fort Worth with his wife of over 40 years, is blessed to have 3 married children and 8 grandchildren living in his area
