Leila Anderson, LMFT-S, is a graduate of Abilene Christian University, systemic therapist, supervisor, and educator who has worked with clients in diverse environments including treatment centers, correctional facilities, psychiatric hospitals, and community agencies for over a decade. She specializes in blending cutting-edge therapy techniques with time-tested approaches to mental healing and wellness, consistently bringing a systemic lens to evidence-based care. Leila is the owner of Oleander Counseling & Consulting and the Clinical Development Strategist at Lucent Recovery & Wellness. She is deeply passionate about advocating for the mental health and addiction treatment fields through legislative action, education, and research.
