Hello! My name is Elizabeth "Lizee" Love. I am a student at Texas Woman’s University, conducting a research study examining the training experiences and clinical development of marriage and family therapists (interns and associates) in Texas with intersecting minority identities.
By sharing your experience, we can learn how to better support supervisees and trainees in the MFT field who identify as both members of the LGBTQ+ community and people of color (LGBTQ-POC). If you have students or recent alumni with these intersecting identities, please review and distribute the attached flyer!
Zoom interviews will be scheduled at the convenience of the participant. The interview will be video-recorded, and it will last no longer than 90 minutes. Participation is voluntary. Participants will receive a $40 gift card after completion of the interview. There is a potential risk of loss of confidentiality in all email, downloading, electronic meetings, and internet transactions.
