What is your proudest accomplishment: My children (I'd like to think I had a little to do with them being such good people) & being a first-generation college student and earning a Ph.D.
What is your morning routine: Breakfast, water, coffee, plan my to-do list, meditation (on those days when there is time).

Your chosen theoretical orientation and why: Narrative because I truly believe in the power of storytelling in shaping how we see ourselves and our experiences.
One piece of advice for new clinicians: Learn one theoretical model really well when you begin practicing, but always remember that taking time to be with your client, being curious and non-judgmental about their experience is vitally important to building a therapeutic relationship.
